Collège

Grades 6-8

Collège students build upon their foundational knowledge and prepare for high school. Gustave Eiffel Academy is one of over 20,000 partners certified with CNED, the major operator of distance learning in Europe and the teaching of French internationally. Collège students have the opportunity to enroll in the CNED’s International Schooling program, building their knowledge in French, Mathematics, History-Geography, and Moral and Civic Education. All course content is studied in class, and evaluations are sent to France for correction. Students also receive U.S. standards necessary to prepare for high school.

Eiffel Collège et CNED

The CNED’s International Schooling program applies to French, Mathematics, History-Geography, and Moral and Civic Education. The CNED method offers comprehensive learning at an individualized pace, while ensuring:

  • Students maintain their appropriate academic level in French for a seamless transition to France schools

  • External evaluations provide an objective assessment of students' progress

  • Families can request a grade certificate from the diplomatic post and the CNED evaluation booklets

Students entering Eiffel in 6ème t0 4ème (Grades 6 to 8) will generally take an academic evaluation, but admission is not solely based on language skills.
