Our Approach
We believe education should inspire a life-long love of learning through critical thinking, collaboration, and cultural immersion.
Gustave Eiffel strives to undertake projects without sacrificing high academic integrity by employing an enhanced traditional pedagogy which combines explicit and project-based learning. In order to maximize classroom learning time, we designate four special week-long projects to ignite student engagement and allow students to dive deeper into various subject matters, like the arts; international and community aid; health and sports; and science and sustainable development.
The result is an experience that promotes clarity and precision, addresses learning gaps, encourages active learning, supports gifted and talented students while still meeting educational objectives.
As a multilingual campus, students learn and socially engage in all three languages. In this way, they learn to move beyond language as a subject learned, and begin to use language as a vehicle for learning and connecting to the global community.
Key Components
The Arts
The arts encourage the kind of critical thinking that cannot be fully replaced by technology. By embracing the creative process, students learn to try, fail, and try again.
Physical Education
Physical education encourage creative problem-solving, collaboration, and strategic thinking while also providing students with a healthy way to work out their energy and stress.
Special Projects
Each year we engage students in four special week-long projects comprised of hands-on learning, community field trips, and a culminating project which they share with their Eiffel Community.
